Today we were tourists. We went to the Alamo and to the river walk. Both were really neat. We spent to the Alamo and walked around there for a while. then we walked to the river walk and went to the Rainbow Cafe to have lunch. When we came out it was raining. but we continued to walk down the river walk for a little while. Then we came home. It has been enjoyable day.

This is an animated Alligator at the Rain Forest Cafe. The restaurant is on the River Walk. Inside the ceilings are covered with vines and lights. Every so often it starts to "rain" the lights flash and a rain storm is played over the speaker system and all the electronic animals in the building come to life. There are Elephants gorillas, alligators, monkeys, snakes, ect...

Zeke loved to watch these big fish they were in a small water way at the Alamo. I think it was his favorite part.
This is one of the huge trees around the Alamo. Some were so big they have added support to the limbs so they don't touch the ground.
San Antonio is a fun place to be a tourist. My first trip to Texas was to San Antonio on vacation and I loved it so much I said, "I want to move here." A couple years later, we moved to Houston. Not quite as nice, but I like it.

Sounds like a fun day. I'd like to go back to San Antonio. But I definitely won't go to the River Walk Cafe. The flashing lights would give me an excruciating headache.
