I have been lazy, or do I say busy so no blogging in January. Of the 31 days in January I had something on 21 of them. Some days were double duty days. My goal for January was to get my sewing room totally cleaned, so that it will be ready when I take on home sewing for an outdoor business. It should be fun. The company is bringing all thier work back from China to the USA to help with the recession. So I will have to show you what we are sewing when I start.
So the big news for January is the birth of Parker Scott Irwin. Son of Brittney and Tyson Irwin. Born January 24, 2011. 7 lbs 7 oz and 20 inches long. Here are a few pictures. So I was able to spend a couple of days with them when she came home.

Lets see two days were spent helping my cousin with her sons wedding. Janet had 5 iron infusions. Dean and Janet had 6 doctor and dentist appointments between them. There was a bridal shower, a Stake Relief Society Meeting, A weekend was spent in Provo to take Dean and Janet down to DJ's mission homecoming. I had a scoop done one day. So that is a lot of running.
But I finally have sewing room clean, has of Wednesday, before I had to go to Salt Lake City. Then yesterday was another run day all day. but Today was a stay at home day. YAH! I got a lot accomplished. The Christmas Village is down, cleaned up, and stored. The Front room is put back to gather, And stuff is put back on the walls and shelves. (some of which hasn't been up for two years.
Next project is to start cleaning out our bedroom. So that We can paint and lay the laminate flooring that was given to us. Then all that will be left is to finish painting the front room, kitchen and hall that I started two years ago. Then the two bathrooms will need tile laid and their walls painted. We still haven't got all of the notty pine put up, so there is plenty to keep us busy when we are not running.
But the season of my life is to take care of family members. All this other will get done in its own due time.
Sorry for the long post.
Love ya all
