Spring must be coming!!!
It is that time of year that we are lambing. We started lambing on February 22. In the last 12 days we have had 14 ewes lamb. We have 25 lambs on the ground, and we have lost 5 lambs and bummed 1. We still have 13 ewes to lamb. I hope that we start having a little better lambing weather. Here is a picture of my new baby to take care of, her name is Minnie. She is a miracle, she was about gone when I found her. but after 2 1/2 hours of trying to warm up her core temp. and get some food in her she is doing great. That is about all I have accomplished today is reviving this little girl. So there are also updated pictures of Bandit. He is very fascinated with our new baby. He keeps giving her kisses.

January Post
I have been lazy, or do I say busy so no blogging in January. Of the 31 days in January I had something on 21 of them. Some days were double duty days. My goal for January was to get my sewing room totally cleaned, so that it will be ready when I take on home sewing for an outdoor business. It should be fun. The company is bringing all thier work back from China to the USA to help with the recession. So I will have to show you what we are sewing when I start.
So the big news for January is the birth of Parker Scott Irwin. Son of Brittney and Tyson Irwin. Born January 24, 2011. 7 lbs 7 oz and 20 inches long. Here are a few pictures. So I was able to spend a couple of days with them when she came home.

Lets see two days were spent helping my cousin with her sons wedding. Janet had 5 iron infusions. Dean and Janet had 6 doctor and dentist appointments between them. There was a bridal shower, a Stake Relief Society Meeting, A weekend was spent in Provo to take Dean and Janet down to DJ's mission homecoming. I had a scoop done one day. So that is a lot of running.
But I finally have sewing room clean, has of Wednesday, before I had to go to Salt Lake City. Then yesterday was another run day all day. but Today was a stay at home day. YAH! I got a lot accomplished. The Christmas Village is down, cleaned up, and stored. The Front room is put back to gather, And stuff is put back on the walls and shelves. (some of which hasn't been up for two years.
Next project is to start cleaning out our bedroom. So that We can paint and lay the laminate flooring that was given to us. Then all that will be left is to finish painting the front room, kitchen and hall that I started two years ago. Then the two bathrooms will need tile laid and their walls painted. We still haven't got all of the notty pine put up, so there is plenty to keep us busy when we are not running.
But the season of my life is to take care of family members. All this other will get done in its own due time.
Sorry for the long post.
Love ya all

Merry Christmas!
I hope that you all had a Merry Christmas..We did and we enjoyed visiting with family. It was fun to skype with our Virginia and and Texas kids. We were able to see what they got for Christmas. We had a special visit with Nurse Ally. She was Jonahs favorite nurse. It was really good to see and visit with her. I forgot the camera at the parties so I will have to get pics from my kids.
Hope everyone has a happy and prosperous New Year!

Christmas village

The first picture is last years new addition that didn't get put up. It is a Bait and Tackle shop. Then the next one is this years addition it is called Papa's Restaurant. Then it is the south wall then the east wall then the overall village. Notice that none of the village is down in the hole that is where the nativity is.

Good start!!
We made a pretty big dent in the pile of boxes that are stacked in the garage. We have done about 5 loads of laundry today of towels and sheets and blankets that have been in a storage unit for the past 14 months. Since I don't have a camera with me sorry there are no pics. But they got a Dr. for Jonah today and we go see him on Thursday. Then all the specialists appointment will have to be made.
Now on news from home. Chris called today and there is a lay of at ATK on Tuesday the 5 of October. He was informed that he was being broke back to an electrician that they were reducing management. At least he will still have a job, but it comes with a $3700 pay cut. I think he will start looking for a job somewhere else because there is going to another lay off in January. But that shoould give him time to get his general contractors license. Then he will be more marketable. So we will see what the Lord has in store for us.
We are all well in Virginia.

Virginia here we come.
I guess that it is about time that I posted something on my blog. It has been for ever. But nothing really goes on in my life that is exciting.
Tanya, Jonah and I fly out on Delta tomorrow morning at 8:25. But we first have one more hoop to jump through to get this all done. Then I will Fly home eight days later on southwest. It will be fun. Their on base house is in Virginia Beach. So they are really close to the ocean. We might get a little sight seeing in but our goal is to get everything that the moving company unloaded unpacked. Dave has been making do with the basic essentials that he has unpacked. Jonahs oxygen equipment and suction machine is already there. Jonah understands what is going on he is excited to see his daddy again. But today he has asked for nurse Ally twice, once to sing I am going on a picnic, and once to do his hair, because his mom forgot to do it after he got out of the tub.
will try to post more often while I am away.
